bad services
Liked location
Disliked Very disappointing service. The access card did not work, and when I called the number provided on the card, no one answered. I had to go all the way down from Level 9 to the lobby just to replace the access card. The staff member I encountered was very unprofessional and unfriendly, with a rather unpleasant attitude. To make matters worse, the iron was left outside the room instead of being properly provided inside. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and the service was far below my expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service provided to guests.

Liked Breakfast was good with a big selection. Room was clean and spacious. Check In and Check out was fast ad staff friendly
Disliked Breakfast dishes should rotate. Not the same stuff everyday. All stuff were friendly at the breakfast except there was one chef who was grumpy and rude. Very unfriendly no smile , Slightly big size guy fair skin.
