Disliked The apartment was not as clean as expected. I had to clean it, especially the bathroom I did not feel comfortable sitting on the lounge chairs do std not use the living room/TV at all. There is no microwave in the property. Although I was very appreciative to be given a room with a stunning view, and the bed was made up with a fresh rose which was unexpected but deeply appreciated, once I arrived there after the first helpful agent, the other other agents were dismissive and not as helpful. When checking out and handing the key and advising them I had cleaned the smarten t before leaving I barely got a smile. What I reported and made suggestions for the owners of the property. 1. The floor in the toilet area had pubic hair on it when I arrived. I cleaned this up myself. 2. The vanity in the bathroom was very damaged and basin was dirty when I wiped it with antibacterial wipes bacterial wipes that came up with grime in them BEFORE I used it. (I reported it, as I did not want to be blamed for the damage) 3. The sink in the vanity would barely drain and took a very long time to drain, making it very difficult to use (I reported it and when no one came I had spent 1-2 hours of my own time cleaning the plug and drainage hole (which made me feel sick) to attempt to unblock it. It was disgusting inside it. 4. When I reported it, no one was sent to attend to it (I recommended a plumber was required to unblock the pipes that must be full of a build up of human waste underneath in the S bend 5. I became very unwell straight after after my stay there and am still recovering, despite being very careful and wiping down all surfaces with antibacterial wipes. 6. The bed linen-the bed requires a bigger doona and cover as the one on the bed was not big enough for 2 people. 7. I had to request appropriate mays for the shower to avoid wetting the floor on exit. Pictured is what I received.

Disliked We had to be move for a new room twice. Staff very rude and aggressive. Shouting at the customer and violent.
