Liked IT IS LOCATED AT TOWN. easy to park

Disliked MATTRESS SHOULD BE SERVICED . BUGS BITTEN ON MY WHOLE BODY DURING NIGHT. Lights could be added up . SOME OF SPC FLOORING UNATTACHED , THEY PREPARED two glasses, but no kettle provided! NO TV . TWO GUVEN TOWELS ARE TEARED, too old- pls change! the pillow case seems dirty.

Liked Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Check-in was fast and hassle-free, and I appreciated the quick refund of the deposit. Plenty of empty parking spaces made it very convenient, and the location is great — close to town and easy to access. Good for short stays.

Disliked Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations. The pillow was very thin and uncomfortable — not like standard hotel pillows. The furniture was in poor condition, appearing damaged and worn out. There was no TV in the room, and the water heater wasn’t working. The bed was just a basic spring mattress, not hotel-quality. On top of that, there were loud noises at night — like fireworks or banging sounds from the roof — which woke me up more than once. Needs serious improvement for guest comfort.

Liked The room is all at the ground level. So for smokers it is very convenient to smoke cuz u can just get out of the room and smoke.

Disliked No kettle inside the room but hot water dispenser is available outside the room. It is about 10 mins walk to dataran pahlawan and aound 25 mins walk to jonker street. For breakfast there is a halal stall just opposite the hotel.
