ok stay place but slow responce by host . no clear instructions given to the tenant till called

Liked room was clean

Disliked key collection and car parking instruction instreuctions were poor and not clear. We had to call the host multiple times to get the instructions. only after we contact the host they send the instruction by whats app. one by one only when we ask.The security guards are totally unaware of the where abouts of the locker room and also the way to the car park. totally not helpful
