Cozy Studio 5 pax at Midhills Genting Highlands Free Wifi

Liked The swimming pool and playground for children are very good n enjoyable

Disliked The road to the place is full of holes and not good for my vehicle

Security staff should be more customer friendly

Liked Easy check in and out. Apartment is exactly like in the picture. Room is comfortable and children friendly. Facilities are complete like a perfect home. Everything is great.

Disliked The staff is helpful but the security in the pool is rude and not customer friendly. They should learn more about customer service. Owner should highlight this issue. The service is paid to use the facilities but the security is so strict and rude that made us regret choosing the pool.

Overall, I really loved staying here because the cool weather, stunning views, and cozy vibes made the whole trip feel e

Very comfortable, owner puts in effort on the tiny details, value for money, highly recommended!

Liked The design was lovely. Very thoughtful owner as they even provide new house slippers, new dish sponge , good water filter etc Bed was comfy. Made us feel very at home 😊Will want to stay here again.

Disliked Could hv provided clothes hangers, so we could hang our clothes
