Disliked Everything was wrong from the start. Let me begin by saying that I couldn’t even find the entrance because it wasn’t visible. Security gave me the wrong address twice, and they didn’t speak English. On top of that, the person I spoke to on the phone couldn’t locate my reservation. The whole ordeal lasted about an hour. When I finally got inside, the room I had booked, which was supposed to be luxurious, was far from it. There was dust everywhere, dirty tiles, and even cardboard boxes left from devices. To make matters worse, I had to wait two days to get toilet paper. The neighbors in the room next to mine were extremely loud and aggressive. I was too scared to leave my room and report it. When I finally called the manager, nothing came of it. Out of the three nights I stayed, I barely slept for two because of the noise. The worst part came at the end: the manager saw my profile picture and told me he had initially thought I was a crazy person but then said I looked like a “very good girl.” Are you serious? This behavior is completely unprofessional
