Disliked The stay was comfortable and the accommodation was nice. However, I am disappointed with the handling of the security deposit refund. I checked out on 1 September 2026 and provided my bank account details for the refund on 2 September, but as of today, I still have not received the deposit. I hope the management can improve the refund process and provide clearer communication regarding the expected refund timeline.
