Cozy home in city center with free parking - 1A

Disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of proper post-stay handling

Liked - Responsive reply when I initially reported the issues - Acceptable location and basic setup

Disliked - Facilities not properly maintained - Issues highlighted during my first stay were not rectified. - Blamed after checkout despite prior notification - Poor internal coordination - No response after raising a formal concern

Liked The room was super clean and the unit is complete with utensils and washing machine as well ..loved everything about the room and had a wonderful stay. Definitely will book here when I touchdown KL once again for sure 💯

Excellent stay!
