Liked Near place to eat, convenient stores etc
Disliked When check out need to wait very long for lift, more than an hour and need to walk down staircase from level 35, only 3 lifts working. Most of the families waited for more than an hour.
Liked All good. Clean, spacious. Feels like home
Disliked The lift takes an extremely long time to arrive, especially during checkout. After waiting 15 minutes (from 10:50am to 11:15am), my family and I had no choice but to take the stairs. It was disappointing to see my 62 y/o parents having to use the staircase just to get to the parking area. This needs serious improvement.

Disliked Room is okay but need a little maintenance. Like couch already tear off in the middle. Suggest to cover with a fabric. Also consider to provide hair dryer and a place to hang towels. One more is the TV. Can on it but it can’t be watched.
Liked I love this place, surely will repeat. Tq so much.
