Disliked ⭐ Honest Review – 4D3N Stay I stayed at this homestay for 4 days and 3 nights, and while the location is convenient—close to UTM, eateries, and right opposite a supermarket—there are several issues that need urgent improvement. Safety & Security: * The main grill door has no padlock. * The main wooden door does not lock properly and is difficult to open. * Overall security feels very concerning, especially with the house facing shop lots. Cleanliness: * Trash was left in front of the house for several days, causing a bad smell. * Neighbours also complained about the rubbish. (Garbage trucks do not collect trash left outside the bin. I have attached the pics that were taken before I checked out.) Comfort: * The mattress still has the plastic cover on, making it hot and uncomfortable. * Pillows are extremely hard and may cause neck or back pain. * The bathroom door has no lock, which affects privacy. I hope the owner can address these issues soon, as they significantly impact the quality and safety of the stay. The location is the main positive point, but the overall experience could be much better with proper maintenance and improvements.

Disliked I arrive at the property and the staff told me need to cancel booking as the property is not clean yet. I request for free cancellation but the owner didnt answer.
