Ridiculous. Worst.
Liked My booking of this apartment was the biggest mistake. I made for my call Kualampur trip. I was not given my keys at the time of check-in. We had contacted the host through WhatsApp calls emails, but the host did not turn up. The keys were not in the locker in spite of getting the code and the check details from Booking.com, this is the worst experience I ever had. I have also raised a police complaint against the host. Me and my family was so much upset that after getting there, we were not allowed to check in there is there was no response from the host. The police will enquire and get this person behind the bars and get me my refund with compensation. Such a bad experience.
Disliked Worst experience. Should be delisted and the owner should be behind the bars for such fraudulent activities.
