Cozy Apartment with Jacuzzi and Sauna at 188 Suites Klcc

Liked Excellent apartment in a perfect location for exploring Kuala Lumpur🇹🇭.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting with all of our request. the rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable, Great value for money and a fantastic base for traveling with friends or family. i will definitely return on my next trip to Malaysi.🩷

Liked Great location and a lovely apartment with a fabulous view. Swimming pool area is clean and well maintained as it's the gymnasium. Shopping facilities very close as are restaurants and a monorail station.

Disliked I would have liked the sauna to be available but it seems to be being refurbished.

Disappointing

Disliked Not what I booked añd what I get. They upgraded me to I bedròom instead of studio that I actually booked. The air cond was lound and washing machine wasn't working and the room with durian smell. I requested her to put me back to studio as I booke but she informed that the studio's water heating was out of order. She only managed to fit it tomorrow. When we moved in the next day, the tiles infront ot the bathroom was tear out which covered with plastic mat. The staff mentioned that it just happen, she only managed to get workers in by next week but it seems like be there for ages.
