Cozy 3 Bedroom Apartment Bandar Perda BM

Unsatisfactory Cleanliness and Facilities

Liked Many shop near this apartment

Disliked The cleanliness was not satisfactory. There were four air conditioners, but only three were working properly. There were also two water heaters, but one was not functioning. There was no mirror in the bedroom, and there was only one mirror in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the mirror was already broken and had been patched with tape, which was very dangerous and posed a safety risk. The Cooking Utensils Were Insufficient

Liked The owner was so friendly and fast replying all my msg. Hope he can accept my suggestions.

Disliked The room, bedsheets, and pillows had an unpleasant smell, as though they had not been properly refreshed after previous use. The bathroom appeared outdated and was not well maintained, with noticeable dust and lizard droppings. There was also no water dispenser or drinking water provided, so guests had to arrange their own beverages. The parking number also invisible so need to find it properly. Overall, the cleanliness and amenities did not meet expectations.

Liked Overall quite good with its price.

Liked The unit was big enough, price is good

Disliked Very far from the beach
