Disliked No window, iirc i paid for mountain view but maybe i was mistaken

Liked This is our 3rd time here. It's so convenient next to the shopping centre, though a bit far from KK. Overall nice to stay with friendly and welcoming staff.

Disliked Whilst the hotel is properly maintained and clean, the buildings nearby is not - rundown and abandoned.

Liked Comfortable bed. Iron provided. Good room service. Excellent front counter.

Disliked I choose room with window but i got window with no view and the room was smelly. Beverages not provided except plain water.

Liked Friendly and helpful employees

Liked I like the fact that there’s an ironing board and iron inside my room without asking at the receptionist
