Needed my refund for the deposit..

Disliked I had a worst experience ever staying there..I have already paid for 4 days but could complete my stay over there because of the condition of the room.. I didn't stay for the last two days.. and I have requested them to refund my deposit.. please make the arrangements for it ASAP!! Also the agent is not responding to my text regarding the refund.. the service is too bad..please take an action and solve my issue in coming days..
