A comfortable and pleasant stay overall, with just a slightly challenging check-in process for guests arriving on foot.

Liked We were very satisfied with the overall stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was a pleasant and cozy experience.

Disliked The host did provide check-in instructions, especially for guests arriving by car. However, as we arrived by Grab and walked to the location, we found it a little challenging to locate the correct building at first, as there are many similar apartments in the area. The key locker was also a short distance away from the unit. Since it was raining that day, walking back and forth to collect and return the key was slightly inconvenient. Clearer walking directions or a more convenient key collection arrangement could make the arrival experience even smoother for future guests.

Please do thorough checking procedures (everything, not only hygiene) before onboarding new guests.

Liked Location is good.

Disliked Room conditions are not good. We had an unpleasant experience during our stay with a city view room on the 6th floor. Upon submitting my feedback/request, the attending staff promptly assisted in resolving the issues. However, I believe there is room for improvement in conducting proactive and thorough inspections before allowing guests to check in rather than waiting for guests to feedback. The problems we encountered included: 1. The bedroom door had a hole. 2. The wooden floor was damaged. 3. The bed frame collapsed. 4. The wall was dirty. 5. The toilet sliding door was stuck and not functioning properly. 6. The hooks in the toilet had fallen, although the holder remained. 7. A screw was protruding from the chair, posing a significant safety risk for children. 8. Most importantly, the city-view room was extremely noisy. The window seems to have no soundproofing, making it feel as if motorbikes were passing right outside the room.

Liked On the positive side, the staff working for the host were very kind and helpful — even the man who came at night to fix the water heater was extremely polite. It’s not their fault at all.

Disliked The host (boss) refused to refund one of my duplicate bookings, even though it’s obvious we were only 3 guests and could not possibly stay in two identical apartments. He kept insisting that the refund deadline had passed, even after I explained that the duplicate happened because of an internet/payment issue: my first payment was initially declined, then later accepted, and I only realized much later that two identical reservations had been confirmed. Instead of understanding the situation, he stopped replying to my messages. I even have WhatsApp screenshots as proof. I have never experienced such a case in all my travels. As for the apartment itself, it was just okay but much older than shown in the photos. The water heater was not working. Our unit faced a busy street and was extremely noisy, even with all windows closed, and this was on the 17th floor. The windows are not double-glazed, so there is almost no sound insulation. Overall, this was a frustrating stay. The host’s attitude made it worse, and I cannot recommend this property.
