Pls check the cleanliness and facilities in the room before we check in

Disliked 1. We arrived after 4pm, but the room key is still not in the mail box. 2. No clear direction of parking location. 3. Room is dusty especially the flooring. 4. Room 2 toilet the light not bright enough, shld change to brighter ligthing. 5. Free Wifi but no password given. 6. Room 2 air con not working. 7. Room 2 toilet choked.

Disliked The door to one of the room cant fully close as the room is quite small with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The bed was not the most comfortable but was okay. I had to stay 1 night at another amberside as someone took the wrong key. That apartment the mattress is spring matress body hurts.

Clean unit with a friendly host, but the development needs better upkeep.

Liked The unit is clean, well-maintained, and adequately equipped. The host is approachable and easy to communicate with, making the stay even more pleasant.

Disliked The development is expansive, which might make navigating the area challenging, especially for those unfamiliar with the location. It gives the impression of being more occupied by service staff managing its operations than by actual residents. Unfortunately, the property shows noticeable signs of wear and tear, with maintenance appearing neglected despite the substantial presence of foreign workers tasked with its upkeep.
