Liked The room are clean and comfortable

Disliked The service is not customer-friendly. There are issues with access, and the car parking area is far from the access door to the room. A lot of time was wasted figuring out how to access the mailbox and locate the parking area. There are also various additional charges, including extra charges for using additional towels. The check-in time is at 4:00 PM, which leaves guests with very limited time to enjoy the swimming pool. The next day, guests are only allowed to access the swimming pool from 12:00 PM, even though the check-out time is at 11:00 AM. This arrangement is very inconvenient and does not seem logical, as guests are unable to properly enjoy the swimming pool during their stay. I believe the swimming pool access hours should be reviewed to provide guests with a more reasonable and enjoyable experience. Make my complaint sound more diplomatic Add a clear request for earlier pool access

Disliked Road its very noisy car n motor, n its clean is very bad.

Liked Convenient to eateries and malls. Friendly and helpful security.

Disliked There were a few baby cockroaches when we entered the room. There wasn't any tissue paper provided and no plastic bags.
