Liked Clean and neat apartment with a nice seaview! You can feel the fresh air in the morning when you are at the balcony which is on the 32nd floor. There are so many LIFTs so that you don't Wait too long to go up to the apartment. They are so many shops around the area. Their owner was very prompt replying any inquiries. Thank you

Disliked No microwave. The security Guards need to be more alert and attentive when the cars are coming in.

parking & lift lobby is a bit hard to locate, no proper sign & very confusing
