Disliked Well basically i stayed at room 126 but around 3 to 4 am, the electricity shut down 3 times and it was hot up until we had to request to move to another room at nearly 5 am. we checked out late around 1330 pm but they charged us RM32 while they cut out our electricity at 12pm!!! but still charging us for late check out. i dont mind to be charged but why cut off the electricity in my room ? so unreasonable. Please put some manners a bit and try to fix your customer services, since the day we checked in & checked out, i found out that the staff dont even smile and literally giving us rude services.
