Convenient location, nice host, friendly guards.

Liked The location is convenient, just across from D3 Mall. It comes with free parking, which could be handy if you have a car. The apartment also has basic amenities like a small pool and a gym. The apartment is very spacious for 1-4 people, with two bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining, and living room with air conditioning, TV, and good WIFI. The kitchen is equipped to meet basic needs. Everything is clean. Check-in is very flexible: we only need to pick up the key from a lockbox and return it by 11 am to the same box. During our stay, the fridge door didn't close properly, so it wasn't cold until I propped it shut with a chair. The pillow was a bit too round after being squeezed into a small pillowcase, so it was hard and too tall for our short necks. Overall, it is OK if you want a convenient location with basic amenities and don't mind the slightly tired decor. The living room has a view, and the host is very friendly. Those are the pluses.

Disliked The bed is slightly too hard for me, and the pillow is slightly too round and stiff on my side.

Disliked The whole furniture is very old. The air-cond compressor is very loud, and my family cannot sleep at night. The doors are also in bad condition. It’s very disappointing 😞

Liked Responsive owner. Had a few major issues that I encounter but owner was helping me resolve the challenges even at close to midnight

Disliked Simple facilities, was looking for much so nothing to not like except it was a little date.
