Good for a family on a budget

Liked The apartment (and the building) shows the sign of the time, but bed & pillows are decent, kitchenware is enough for cooking, Air Con & shower are good. Washing machine is a plus. Location: ok if you don't mind walking 15/20mins under the sun to the main attractions. Many good and cheap restaurants around.

Disliked Internet was spotty. No Netflix. Cleaniness can be improved. Seeing this property rated "9", I was expecting a higher standard. But you get what you pay. Probably people with lower expectations tend to give higher scores. But for me it was like staying in a social housing apartment. So if you're not on a tight budget you can find nicer places.

Liked We had a really pleasant stay, and the host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the beginning. Communication was smooth and the host was always responsive whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here to others. Thank you for being such a wonderful host! 😊

Disliked I really enjoyed my stay and honestly, I liked everything about the place. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. The place was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. We had no bad experiences at all and were very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Comfy flat with amazing sea view

Liked Really liked this apt for our 4 night stay. Amazing sea view from the balcony, which was nice and shady as well. Very clean, good WiFi. Amenities include fridge, washing machine, 2 ring stove with cutlery, pans, plates etc. Check in and out instructions really clear and sent early on check-in day which was good. Very friendly owner even popped by with some fruit for us. Across the road from shopping malls, 20 min to Jonkers. Pool, tennis court gym and table tennis all in good condition. Would highly recommend.

Disliked Only issue is Google maps brings you to a gate which is now locked. We then had to do a big loop (Malaysian road design)to get to the right gate Obviously only a problem when we first arrived but not sure how to change that.
