Cormar Suites Kuala Lumpur

Liked The staff have been incredible. They made our stay feel very special.

Lots of potential

Liked The hotel is currently undergoing an upgrade and has a lot of potential. The apartment is large and has a kitchen but only one small frying pan and a pot. The rooms are not cleaned properly.the cleaner needs to get into the corners and also scrub the shower. The swimming pool was nice but also needed a good scrub around the water line. Great location. Very friendly staff.

Liked The staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special.

Liked Construction and noise. Cold showers. Dirty towels. Limited vegetarian catering. Poor communication to help rectify all of the above and no compensation.
