Disliked Please be extremely cautious when booking this property, and make sure to check Google Reviews and other independent platforms for genuine guest experiences. I’m only able to share this review after persistent follow-up with Booking.com over several emails and phone calls because I strongly believe no one else should go through what my family and I experienced. The hotel management cancelled my reservation at the last minute via WhatsApp, claiming issues with electricity and water. When I asked to verify this in person (as I was travelling a long distance with my children), they changed the story and said the issue was with only my room, not the entire building. I asked if they had any alternative rooms or a contingency plan, but the host was dismissive and simply said nothing was available. Shortly after, I was notified that my booking had been cancelled due to a ‘CVC card error’—which was completely false. My reservation was a ‘pay at property’ booking and did not require card details. Beautiful stay at KL

Liked We booked the 2 bedroom at building 2 at 33A floor. The view was magnificent. Location next to TRX mall and metro station, clean new building, they provided shampoo - washing liquid for cloths and dishes. Fast communication with owner and apartment manager. Roads around the building not too busy at rush hour.

Disliked The quality of bedding could be improved and not the cheap IKEA ones. Softer pillows. And it would be amazing to provide a drying rack for cloths.

Liked Has the best view of KL especially at night. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Location wise also very good as it is only about a 5 min walk to Tun Razak Exchange Station.

Disliked There were issues with the washing machine but that can be fixed.

Disliked The staff was Rude I don’t wanna helpful watched everything you do make you feel like a criminal The manager had nobody speak. English couldn’t get anything fixed toilet backed up, shower backed up had to live with it.
