Disliked The hotel conditions very old. The facilities, the room was very old. It's time to refurbish.

I like cool point and the surrounded environment

Liked Im comfortable with everything actually just some minor things This is my 5-6th time stay at cool point

Disliked Need more lights at car park area Bedsheet need to make more good quality Toilet cleanliness can improve more but this is ok just need to improve abit

Liked The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. However, I noticed that the room floor and walls were wet due to condensation. I kindly suggest installing an exhaust fan system to improve ventilation, so the floor remains dry and no water droplets form on the walls.
