Cool Living at GVR Landed Unit

Liked Suasana tenang. Ada kemudahan² rumah yg disediakan. Lokasi landed, tak perlu naik tangga atau guna lif.

Disliked ...mungkin kerana tak dpt makan minum di luar, ada sedikit gangguan 🐒.

I would recommend upgrading the facilities, guest rooms, and overall condition of the property, as many items appear old

Liked Great location with a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Surrounded by nature, it was a relaxing place to stay. The property is also close to a beautiful waterfall.

Disliked The owner did not mention that the unit requires climbing several flights of stairs, almost like reaching a second-floor unit, which may be difficult for families, elderly guests, or anyone with heavy luggage. The property was also very difficult to find. The cleanliness needs improvement. The mattress and blankets felt dusty and were quite old. The TV was not working, and the TV box could not access any channels or streaming services. The kitchen equipment, including the mugs and plates, looked very old and was not as clean as expected. Another disappointment was the security deposit. A relatively high deposit was required upon arrival, but this was not clearly disclosed on the OTA listing before booking. While the room rate is affordable, there are several important conditions and hidden expectations that should be stated upfront so guests can make an informed decision.

Liked Love the unit. I will repeat as and when I need to retreat and enjoy the solitude, the location, security and closeness to the many places in GH. Would love to have a place like that.

Disliked I felt the payment for cleaning was a bit steep as the cleaner was only coming on my last day of a five-day stay to clean after I left. Also the owner should make surprise checks to see the work of their engaged staff.

Liked The surrounding and facilities. The environment very calm and the house fully equipped.

Disliked Internet down and there is some spot of the house did not entirely clean up. Can improve on that.
