Good location but .....
Liked The location is fantastic—just a stone's throw from the city center, with a convenient row of food shops right nearby. I also really appreciated the prompt and responsive customer service. When I reported an issue with the water heaters, they immediately offered to come and check it out (I declined the offer simply because I preferred not to be disrupted during my stay, but their quick response was a plus).
Disliked The building itself is quite old and lacks maintenance. The common areas, such as the corridors and elevators, were dirty, and only one of the two elevators was in service. Inside the unit, the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were perfectly fine and clean. However, the bathroom was a major disappointment. It was clearly not properly cleaned prior to our arrival, with an unacceptable buildup of mold and fungus on the tiles (likely worsened by a complete lack of ventilation). Additionally, the water heaters in two of the rooms were malfunctioning, forcing us to share the single working one, though its water pressure and temperature were good. Finally, the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. You can clearly hear noises from the people upstairs, outside, and out in the corridor. If you are a light sleeper, I highly recommend booking elsewhere.
