Bad hygiene of the unit

Disliked Host is very inattentive. Never send instruction for check in on time until I ask. Also, RM300 as deposit was requested by host but never actively return the deposit! I only realise they haven't return the deposit 2 weeks after my check out and after few times of chasing only they willing to return. Very dishonest. The house condition was not so clean either. The bedsheets were so worn out that its pilling, disgusting to sleep on such bed. And the unit has a lot of Charlie ants which release poisonous liquid that could lead to severe skin irritation. It was very dusty too that my family members keep on sneezing while staying there. The balcony is useless at all cause it was super dirty that I dont even want to move one step onto it. Overally very uncomfortable stay in this unit.

This could be better if the host keep up with the house cleanliness

Liked Location is quite convenient as it close to bukit mertajam town and also PLUS highway.

Disliked Host kinda not really responsive as check in at 3pm but i received instruction for check in at 5pm (that’s after i called the host few times). Bedsheets for both living room and bedroom have odours and bedsheet in living room has already worn out. We do found cockroaches in the living area and kitchen. Television provided was not working well especially for entertainment access. Stools in the kitchen area are all unstable and shaky which i hope host could do something with it before it might cause harm or danger to next customer.

Disliked Deposit fee rm300,refund at night.suppose can fit 8 people,but the mattress only has for 5.please reconsider to stay in this place. They have a sofa bed but it is so dirty, they provide an iron & iron board but the iron board is already broken, the carpet dirty, bathroom also dirty. Not recommended

First time I’m not happy using homestay at Penang after 7 years I visited here with My family

Disliked They provided 2 access card but lock together both Card and also lock with power card.. that very dangerous if We want to go outside and other family member stay in the house..
