Liked Location is ok if you don't mind walking about 1-1.5KM to the nearest restaurant/shopping area. Ease of booking process (with Booking.com).

Disliked Based on what I paid, I can tolerate a run down building with dirty walls, moldy and leaky bathroom, empty shampoo/body wash containers, and lack of light at the room-key pick up area but I can't tolerate a rude host who hung up the call when I was talking to him while trying to figure out problems with the outlets in the room.

Liked Wonderful cozy studio. Very clean and well equipped. Felt like home. Supermarket, restaurants, and cheap laundry service downstairs. All you need in one place. Great for a few nights stay.

Disliked Unfortunately I did not have hot water during my stay, but they will fix it! It was not such a big problem as I do not mind cold showers. The location is a bit far from the centre, you need lots of grabs.
