Liked Very comfortable apartment in a great location. The host is very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuching. Highly recommend.

Liked The unit was spacious and had a balcony with an excellent view. The location was a ten-minute walk away from the city centre. The price was very good. Air conditioning worked well. There was a washing machine in the unit. This all provided better value for money than most hotels. The host replied via WhatsApp quickly when I had questions. There is a swimming pool for guests to use six days per week.

Disliked The kitchen could have been better equipped. There were no drinking glasses, only mugs, and no butter knives. The washing machine should have had instructions. The television was large but it was hard to figure out how to get the ‘smart’ box to work so you could get YouTube. The box had to be unplugged every time and plugged in again to work. The sofa was uncomfortable. There was a lot of dust throughout the unit on shelves and on the shower room fan. The toilet was not clean when I arrived. There was no bin in the shower room and the kitchen bin was just a small wastebasket with no lid. Some people would probably prefer to be right in the centre of town. There were tiny ants from time to time (bug spray is available at a nearby shop).
