Liked The location was easily accessible & nearby town center. The house was kept clean with adequate facilities.

Liked the location is nearby aeon big and easy for check in n check out process. stay at 21st floor with great view especially at nite. Security Guard also very helpful. No security deposit needed, great. parking is easy, they provide 2 lots.

Disliked i hope to have some instant coffee or tea provided in the kitchen. the floor in the 2nd bedroom is very wet with spot of water when we arrived .. not sure from where.. maybe they just mop it and forgot to use the cloth to dry the floor. Its quite dangerous since im travelling with my elderly aunt.

Not staisfied with cleaning charge and elwctrictiy charge

Liked The property is okay. Suitable for family. What i dislike is i have been charged for electricity and cleaning that supposed to be included in the Room Price! In the apps show only price of the property for 3 nights but whrn comes to paymnet you will be charge others and others.. not mention in details until you ceck it with customer services. You have been charged for cleaning but the owner request us to clean the dustbin and garbage before checkout. Owner also ask us to clean all the kitchen utility before checkout so the cleaning services (that was charged in my account) for what? And the electricity? Of course we gonna use the electricity so why not charge the electricity all in the room price? The property was nice but i found some bugs and cocorach too. To be honest i will not repeat this property anymore and i don’t know if i can trust Booking.Com anymore after the hidden charges charged to my account. Displaying cheap price but when come to payment some other chagers come out. That All But my review regarding star about this property ya 7/10 thanks Oh one more things.
