Disliked The staff member didn't speak English, and there were men shouting and smoking right outside my door. The room was in poor condition and very dirty; there was hair lying around everywhere. There was no shower gel or bottled water. I was given a different room than the one I had booked, and when I asked why, the staff member ignored me.

Disliked The hotel staff told me the room was not available even though I had booked 2 months ago and said there was no room available for me, saying the room was damaged and the hotel staff did not inform me in advance before i arrive at hotel, i travel 7 hour and that what i get

Liked Easy to find, many parking space

Disliked Toilet are not well clean, need a deep clean. Lift too small. Price is bit expensive for the facilities, should be cheaper. Everything is kinda run down.

Liked Friendly and helpful staff. This is the 3rd times at this hotel. I had no problem and all of them flawless.
