Disliked Very disappointing experience. I had already made full payment for my booking, but the hotel was completely unreachable when I needed to collect the key. I called multiple times and also contacted them through WhatsApp, but there was no response at all. I then contacted Booking.com customer service to request a refund and explained the situation, including the fact that the hotel was not answering my calls or messages. Unfortunately, the customer service response was also unhelpful and my refund request was not properly resolved. I paid for a service that I was unable to use due to the hotel’s lack of communication and support. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
