Disliked super dirty, bed had bugs and we got bitten all over. had to resort to covering the bed with trashbags

Avoid - the admin staff showed zero care or responsibility.

Disliked AVOID! We were put in a completely different apartment from the one advertised, with cheaper furniture and a different layout. When we questioned it, the admin said the original room had “a problem.” The replacement apartment had no working WiFi, a broken sofa, very limited kitchenware, and a leaking washing machine. We messaged and called the admin repeatedly to try to arrange a room change/refund and they completely ignored us - leaving us in limbo. A maintenance worker eventually got the internet working (intermittently) but he said the sofa would take 4–5 days to fix. We pressed and arranged for someone to come the next day, but the “repair” was dismantling an outdoor chair and screwing wooden planks under the cushions—turning a sunken sofa into a wooden board. In short, the admin staff showed zero care and were unhelpful throughout and we did not get what we paid for.

A decent place to stay in KL city center but needs improvement

Liked Location was fantastic. The apartment also had everything you need (cooker, microwave, washing machine, even a cloth drying rack). Check in and check out was also super easy. And the view is excellent, both from the apartment and from the rooftop pool.

Disliked The AC was not good enough for any of the rooms. Worst part is that you don't even know whom to contact if you need anything. There was a whatsapp number but that guy hardly ever answers you. And also, the waiting time in the lift is often very long.

Convenient location, clean and good accommodation

Liked The apartment is conveniently located close to Medan Tuanku (green) monorail station and just behind The Quill mall. It has 7-11 and some mini mart downstairs too. It is also walkable distance to Kampong Bahru night market. The apartment was clean and has everything you need including washing machine, so you don't need to spend extra for laundry services and can just do it by yourself. Petronas Tower can be seen from the pool area of the building and looks lovely at night, so as Merdeka 118 which has light display every hour from night until midnight.

Disliked The elevator is a bit slow and takes a while. There's a slight smell in the toilet too like sewage.

This studio located at very convenient location and the house is very clean. This unit is provided 1 free parking also 🥳

Liked Spacious and comfortable.
