Disliked I arrived at midnight hoping to rest, but instead, I had to clean the room myself. The property is severely lacking in hygiene and basic maintenance. Cleanliness & Hygiene: - There was a strong smell of cat urine right at the entrance door. - The floors were dusty and had bird feathers scattered around. - There were cobwebs on the walls and the cabinets were incredibly dusty. - The carpet was filthy and very dusty, which is a health hazard, especially for kids. - There were old, used toothbrushes left in the bathroom. - The bedsheets looked clean but made us feel very itchy. Room Condition & Facilities: - The bed frame was broken, causing the mattress to sink, and the mattress itself was rock hard. - The tap handle was broken, and the shower knob was so tight it was very difficult to turn on and off. - The washing machine was not positioned properly (it was facing the wrong way). - The curtains were torn and untidy. - The outside balcony was completely cluttered and messy. - There was unknown personal documents inside the makeup table drawer, with cologne bottle and some screwdriver which is very unprofessional. - parking is not free as advertised
