Liked I've been scammed by CMK which I couldn't contacted them since they are private agent so Lexis receptionist also couldn't help. Phone number provided cannot not reachable so I don't get the room number. Have to book another hotel.
Liked I can not checkin, because when I came there, no one is there, no one was reachable. I have to book another hotel there temporarily to stay, I even do not have a way to refund, terrible service.
