Great location, but poor access and humid flat.

Liked The location is great, but accessing the building requires a steep incline. It’s fine if you’re driving, but the approach is not ideal for walking, as you have to climb an incline for approximately 50-100 meters.

Disliked The flat doesn’t get any sunlight, which makes it humid and cold. It also lacks a proper heating system that should have been installed. There is a strong odor in the flat caused by the excessive humidity.
