CL 11B Modern Infinity Pool KLCC

Been there 2 months but never in this very unit, find out why:

Liked The building is in a nice position, guards are really nice and it's handy to have the mall and the monorail station just in front of it. Also there's a laundry and a 7Eleven at the ground floor. That's it.

Disliked I could never get to the apartment since the same day I got news that it was overbooked so I had to find another accomodation. THE SAME DAY. All the properties managed in this building have unfortunately a very poor management system. I've been there for 2 months and first I got kicked out 2 days earlier than expected because of overbooking, then again I couldn't stay at this property for that night and had to find a third one...lamest management ever. The facilities look much better in picture than in reality, the whole building lacks maintenance. The pool is often closed because it pours rain inside it and it becomes stagnant. The mattresses of the sun beds are all broken and stained, it has tons of potential but it's wasted on management. Google THE COLONY KL to get a grasp of how it actually looks. I'm giving it a 2 just because I'm goodhearted and hope they will learn the lesson.

Disliked everything show in photo galley is TOTALLY different with actual. poor management and environment, room is smelly, don’t even have view to outside. REALLY disappointed with this property.

Liked The rooftop pool is as good as it looks.

Disliked Room itself was tiny and didn't have a view. Pool isn't really "private" but for all guests in the building. Sometimes had to wait 5 minutes for elevator. Smell in and around the lobby (probably from outside) was unbearable and had to cover my mouth and nose.
