Disliked TV: 6/10 Took us long time to figure out how to switch on the TV. Until we reach the owner then owner said that we need to ketuk2 the tv remote and provide us a video on how to turn on the tv. If the owner already aware of the remote condition, please tell customer earlier/provide all videos earlier, don't wait until customer reach you. Please secretly put extra battery inside the property so if happen to be the tv remote is out of battery, customer can just replace by themselves. Swimming pool: 0/10 The chlorine is too strong. The Myanmar guard that work at the swimming pool need to take a chill pill. Get angry and everyone even at the smallest matter. Very unpleasant experience. He piss me off when he purposely come to my father (standing few meters away from the pool) and asking him to get out of the pool area because he is wearing normal shirt when there are so many other who are wearing normal shirt standing few meters aways from the pool. All the normal shirt people not entering the pool at all but why only come at my father? Parking: 0/10 We checked in with 2 cars. The owner asking for car details to fill in the form. The QR code generated after the owner fill in the form. In my head, my 2nd car is confirmed to get a parking lot. So no issue. During check in, we show the Myanmar security guard. Guess what? He didn't even know what to do with the QR code given. He said no parking thats all. When we reach the owner, the owner said she didn't know how to get the parking because she already did her part by fill in the form. Hello, is this your very first day doing airbnb business here? You should know better. I'm ok if you said no parking for the second car if you yourself not confident about getting the 2nd car lot. But your action was convincing with fill in the form and all. This is why i am pissed off. Also, our car got sue letter from PDRM. It cost us RM 100. What a nightmare to stay here.
