Overall, this stay was frustrating and far below expectations.
Liked Location is convenient
Disliked Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but no instructions were provided until 3:14 PM despite us asking multiple times since the day before arrival. We were left standing outside the security guard house waiting. After finally receiving the QR code to enter the building, the letterbox that was supposed to contain our room key was empty. We had to WhatsApp the host again and wait another 20 minutes for the key to be ready. By the time we gotten the key, it was already 3:40 PM. The room itself was disappointing. The floor was sticky, the bedsheets were old with visible stains, and there were stains on the kettle and walls as well. Hygiene was clearly not up to standard and needs significant improvement. To make matters worse, the host even asked us to leave a good review in exchange for a 10% discount on a future stay, which felt inappropriate given the experience.
