Fantastic location, great apartment, will probably stay here again.

Liked The location was fantastic. It's right next to Jesselton Point which is where the boats to the islands depart from. It's a short walk to a good mall. Pretty decent restaurants in the building plus convenience stores. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants (or short taxi if you're tired). Other good things: the beds were comfortable, great view, cold AC, very responsive host, everything was clean. Apartment is on the 20th floor.

Disliked The parking garage is a little quirky if you haven't been here before. You must have a credit/debit card that can do contactless transactions. You pull into the visitor parking and wind up a few levels. Then you have to scan your card to open the gate. The reader doesn't work very well, so play around with the position of your card and hold it for a few seconds. Once the gate opens, park as close to it as you can. The Tower 1 elevator is right there at the gate. When you want to leave you have to scan the card again, twice. The first time to see how much you owe and the second time to actually pay. Second thing, apartment has a water filter but you have to fill it, some instructions would have been nice. Yes, we had some noisy neighbors but it wasn't all-night parties. Bring ear plugs if you are very sensitive or expect odd sleeping schedules. I assume most of the apartments are being rented out to tourists, so you never know who you have to deal with.

Excellent for long period stay

Liked Complete daily necessities for someone who stays for many days. The house has a complete kitchenette, good internet wifi, comfortable beds and sofa. The best thing is the washing machine. I don't have to do laundry outside.

Disliked Nothing except for risk for staying at high floor level. There was a false emergency during my stay.

Clean apartment at good location with complete amenities, but no free parking and lack of facilities

Liked Washer with detergent. Fridge. Rubbish bags provided. Cooking utensils and condiments. Hot and cold water dispenser. WiFi. Good location. Shops downstairs. Clean

Disliked No instructions on water dispenser. TV remote not working. Lack of facilities (playroom, gym). No free parking. Common lifts always wet

The stay are great with just minutes away from Suria Sabah, Center Points and Jesselton Duty Free shop. The food stores

Liked It suits the need of my small family. The WiFi is also very good. The lifts are fast too. Food stores below the property are also good and yummy. There’s also a very convenient laundry.

Disliked It doesn’t sound proof. Most of the people there like to bang on doors and make noises. It stops at 11pm and starts again at 5am.
