Horrible!!!!

Disliked The place was in very poor condition. The water filter appeared not to have been changed in years, and the towels had an unpleasant odor. The bedding had clearly not been washed, and the shower only had cold water. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom, along with an empty shampoo bottle that had been left behind. Additionally, a pair of filthy slippers—clearly used and belonging to someone else—were left at the foot of the bed. Overall, the accommodation was far below expectations and certainly not worth the amount we paid.

Just suggest property own can manage get guest smooth to check-in. Maybe can update your Booking.com advertising more co

Disliked 1. path to basement parking is too narrow, my car almost nearly scratches to wall and parking fees need to pay by myself 2. no guide from parking area to room, which elevator should i choose to go to 26th floor 3. master bedroom aircond not functioning well 4. no keetle, limited plates and cup. 5. cleaning tools place in bathroom, not in store room 6. property caretaker send me video that the sofa was broken and blame me for the thing that i didnt do. he do not ask at first but just mad and blame me. I left the property in good condition, and the sofa was in good condition when i checkout. So disappointed for the blame.

Liked Location is very convenient. We had some problems as the host is new to this like bedsheets wasn't ready , and have to wait the key for a while. But the host tried his best to resolve all our problems
