Was a value for money stay and great location
Liked The location is great. Close by to many malls and amenities. Staff were friendly. Room are clean Buffet looks good. But we did not eat as we had planned to meet family already as we stayed for 1 night only

Liked It's very convenient for getting the train to the airport.
Disliked On the first attempt to get into my room, there was a man in there in bed, playing on his phone. The second time (they gave me a different room), the card failed to turn the electricity and a/c on, so I had to go down again with my big suitcase. At this point I only did not demand a refund to get out of there because it started to rain heavily. There were stains on the sheets and towels, and in general I just did not feel safe in this hotel. I think the cleaning staff use the guest rooms and common areas to rest, I get that they need rest but the hotel should provide a dedicated area for that.

Great little hotel with fantastic rooms and staff
Liked The room was perfectly located opposite the Nu Sentral shopping mall attached to KL Sentral Station. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a TV, aircon and kettle with coffee and tea. Nice clean bathroom with amenities and soft towels made it a perfect night's stay within a stone's throw of the mall and dozens of restaurants. Checkin was a breeze with very friendly and kind staff. This is a great little hotel which I will be happy to stay at in future, and recommend to others.
Disliked Can't think of anything wrong.

Good for value and perfect location for taking next morning early trains or going to airport

Disliked Breakfast was not within the hotel, bathrooms become messy because shower is not separated
