Good value hotel unfortunately suffering from incessant traffic noise.
Liked Well situated for shopping and dining. No need for breakfast in the hotel (which was quite average in any case) as you can just step into the mall with a wide choice.
Disliked The most severe issue is one of noise permeating the bedroom. Loud traffic - and a working jackhammer? - surely the glazing could be improved? Maybe a third layer placed inside the room? We were on the 28th floor so that indicates the extent of the noise pollution.

Disliked Room is a little dated and carpets felt rather old. Couldn't really walk barefoot around the room because the carpets were somewhat spiky! Similarly, bathroom was a little mouldy and the default supplied towels were too few. Had to keep requesting for more towels. For the price, one would have expected a better stay or a bigger room.. rather disappointing!

Liked Excellent location. Just 2 min walk to the Mid Valley city mall. Room is clean & comfortable .Big enough for a couple or single.
Disliked Cannot control the temperature of the air conditioner in the room.
