Disliked Stayed at Citin Langkawi and checked out within 30 minutes despite booking for 4 days because the room condition was extremely disappointing and completely different from the photos advertised on Booking.com. The room was dirty and poorly maintained: - Mold/damp stains around the window - Spider webs and dust everywhere - Lizard droppings near the window - With pimple patch on wall, coffee stain or idk what stains are that on every wall - Dirty bathroom and poorly cleaned surfaces - Rusty/damaged areas and overall unhygienic condition - Lipstick stain on the mirror - Bhindi/food residue on the water heater pipe Another serious concern was security. My assigned room was 220, but when I accidentally tried opening room 202 ( I got confused with the number so I opened wrong room) , the door opened with my key card/key. That made me feel very unsafe and raised concerns about the hotel’s room security system. The hotel looked nothing like the advertised pictures online. I could not comfortably or hygienically stay there, so I checked out almost immediately. Very disappointing experience.

Mould is a big concern. I wouldn’t stay here if I’d known.

Liked Clean bed.

Disliked Mould covering the walls. Dirty bathroom. Broken soap dispenser. Dirty table and chair. Dust on the tv and the bathroom was flooded when I got in.

4/10 wasn’t the best

Liked The staff were really nice, was to find & was affordable for backpackers

Disliked Didn’t feel cleaned at all, mark on walls, shower ceiling falling apart, AC didn’t work, smelt damp - not a slay. Wouldn’t recommend honestly if your lookin for somewhere nice to stay, but if your backpacking it’s jut about doable.
