Great value and great staff!
Liked Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money!
Disliked Toilet and shower in a very small space so difficult to shower without everything getting wet.

Good location
Liked Very friendly staff and a great location. Quick 5-10 min walk to the KL sentral bus/ train station. Lots of restaurants closeby to eat at. Air conditioning in the room worked well. Comfortable beds.
Disliked My room on the main floor didn't have a window. The towels were stained and a bit worn. Could be a bit noisy from the TV in the lobby at nighttime.

Cheap hotel with good location
Liked Its next to Sentral Station, so its really convenient for transportation.
Disliked There was a minor smell of dampness.
