Liked Good place

Liked We have been choosing Citadine more than once for our Penang visits as a family and its been delivering the same quality everytime. We hope it will maintain its quality and offer my family and friends a good stay along with some discounts as frequent customers.

Liked The room and the staff . Comfortable bed , staff was friendly . Food was good although doesn't have many options

Disliked Just the location during high traffic it's a nightmare

Spacious room but upkeep the room cleanliness and facilities are required.

Disliked The breakfast selection is really bad, not much option even simple sausage or ham are not available. The breakfast setup is not up to hotel standard. The bread session is real bad, only one type of white bread is available, the peanut butter or jam are open with spread, not those cube sealed type. It is not hygienic and look disgusting after guest using it. The worst part was there is a lizard in the bedroom and crawling on the floor. The staff is not friendly and work like robot.
