Disliked Block A swimming pool was closed the entire time we were there, which they did not advise before hand.

Liked Block B staff of receiption helped us change to Block A a biger room.
Disliked The door was dificult to open and lock. A staff of breakfast zone was looking and waiting me to drink off my orange juice at 10:00am, then he get the glass back.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again!
Liked It is conveniently located near the city centre, with a bus stop and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping available. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and the housekeeping team was very polite. I also appreciated the eco-friendly approach of providing glass bottles that guests can refill at water dispensers instead of using plastic bottles. The inner courtyard is peaceful, with minimal road noise, and the pool and gym are very nice and match the advertisement.
Disliked The only minor downside is some noise from guests during breakfast if your room is close to the breakfast area, but it’s nothing major.
