Liked I had a wonderful stay at Citadines in Penang! It was a very pleasant experience, and I would like to compliment the hotel team for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Good value for the money

Liked It was very clean and nice

Disliked They were doing some work on the street—unloading a truck all night long—and it was impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the soundproofing against street noise isn't very good. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly kind and moved us to a different room.

Liked One of my favourites in penang. Clean comfortable and amazing staff. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool so much as wellm the gym was well kept and everything was tastefully designed. I have no complains
