Liked Location is on the main road. Room was comfortable and quiet during my visit. Staffs were nice.

Liked The location and atmosphere of the surrounding area. Room was spacious and very clean. Stocked sith toiletries and little complimentary bits and pieces. Housekeeping were wonderful and dealt with any issues immediately. There's an ironing board which is easily accessible to everyone on each floor, which was convenient for me as I wore a lot of cotton/creasing fabrics.

Disliked The fridge kept making clunking noises during the night, which kept waking us up. I unplugged it for one night, but then had nowhere to store cold drinks in the room. Just be mindful if you're a light sleeper, there's a mosque next door and calls to pray wake you up at 6am (not an issue for us, personally) No cold water in the water dispenser on our floor, which wasn't too much of a problem as I'd go up to the next floor to refill. Our room smelt like smoke on 2 occasions when returning from being out, but housekeeping came and sorted immediately.

Overall, my stay was a pleasant one.

Liked Location of the hotel is great. You have everything nearby. Convenience stores, places to eat just walking distance. Room kinda spacious for family of 4. Have amenities and even a small fridge. There's Coway on every floor (neat).

Disliked 1. A few plug points not function properly (Socket kinda loose). Not such a big deal but property owner might want to regularly check. 2. Parking lot is first come first serve basis. However, there's parking spaces just beside the hotel with rate of RM10-15/entry. P/S; Motorcycle convoys, kindly not hoard the parking lot with one motorcycle in one lot (that is just selfish).

Good for the price

Liked Staff were very nice and accomadating. The hotel room was pretty good for the price.

Disliked The room is not really soundproof so you can hear a lot of sounds from the street.

Good value for money, very strategic location.

Liked Great location, walking distance to a lot of eateries and attractions in the historical part of the city.

Disliked Sound proofing is inadequate, on my first night I think the room beside me was checking out early in the morning, I was constantly woken by noises in the middle of the night. Subsequent nights were okay.
